New Composition
A composition is a goal-bearing team of agents coordinated by a strategist.
The mission is what the team is working toward; the strategist decides how.
The strategist runs Stage 0 (pre-flight intention check) and Stages 1–3 (assess → diagnose → coordinate)
on every session. Over time it learns team patterns and can propose composition changes.
